What you’ll get from this 3-minute Reset

My name is Anita Loxton

I’m a mum to an incredible child with ADHD, and I know what it feels like to parent in a constant state of pressure and mental load. There were days when I felt constantly on edge reacting quickly, snapping before I had time to think, and carrying it all in my body long after the moment had passed.

I realised I couldn’t keep going like that. I wasn’t the parent I wanted to be even though I understood ADHD and had the parenting strategies.

What I needed wasn’t more knowledge. It was a way to regulate my own nervous system in the middle of real life.

And I discovered something simple but powerful: when I gave myself even a few minutes to move and release the tension I was holding, I came back calmer, more present, and able to respond instead of react.

Not perfect — just more grounded.

That’s what I want for you too.

Alongside my lived experience, I’ve spent years working with the body as a Pilates instructor, mobility coach, and nutritionist — helping people understand how stress and tension live in the body, and how to release it.

But this isn’t about exercise. It’s about helping your nervous system step out of reactive stress so you can meet the demands of parenting with more calm strength — even when life doesn’t slow down.

Because I know what it’s like to love your child deeply… and still feel one moment away from overwhelm.

And I created this reset for exactly those moments
