Pilates

Step into a transformative Pilates experience with me, Anita Loxton – a highly experienced STOTT Pilates Instructor and qualified Mobility Coach. My classes go far beyond the basics, offering a uniquely dynamic, fun, and intelligently challenging approach that leaves you feeling strong, mobile, and energised.

Based in the Cotswolds, I teach in-person only – no online classes at present – because I believe real transformation happens through connection, precision, and hands-on guidance. These aren’t your average Pilates sessions. Every class is designed with a purpose: to improve functional movement, build strength, enhance mobility, and increase flexibility – all while keeping things enjoyable and engaging

Classes are open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned movers, and tailored to meet you where you are in your journey. Whether you’re looking to refine technique, restore movement, or take your strength and control to the next level, you’ll find support, challenge, and expert instruction in a welcoming environment.

For those wanting a more individualised approach, I also offer private sessions in your home. Each session is shaped entirely around your goals, needs, and lifestyle.

Coming soon: a brand-new course created especially for those aged 60+, combining Pilates and mobility coaching for truly life-enhancing results.
