Understanding the importance of nutrition as you transition through perimenopause and menopause is essential. A well-balanced diet can strengthen bones, improve your cardiovascular system, regulate your mood, help you sleep and ultimately improve your health and wellbeing!


My approach aims for you to feel empowered with the knowledge to enable you to understand how nutrition can nourish your body, with the combination of lifestyle changes, including adding regular movement to your day.

How The Package Works

Ahead of our consultation, you will receive a detailed electronic health questionnaire and a three-day food diary to complete.

During our consultation, I will listen to your concerns and get to know you better.  We will spend approximately 90 minutes going over your past and present medical, dietary, perimenopausal/menopausal and lifestyle history. I aim to understand more about you, your body, your needs and your goals. The more information I have the more personalised and accurate you will plan to address any nutritional and lifestyle imbalances.

Following this session, I will provide you with:

  • Clearly defined health and lifestyle goals

  • A bespoke nutritional & lifestyle plan which will provide you with realistic and achievable goals, based on your needs and aspirations. 

  • Provide an understanding of how nutrition can improve your menopause symptoms and ways nutrition can improve your lifestyle.

  • Provide inspiration & suggestions for lifestyle changes - exercise programs, mindfulness techniques & self-care ideas 

  • Offer food inspiration that you can easily integrate into your daily meals

  • A supplement plan tailored to you (if needed)

  • Recommendation for further potential testing to help provide more insight into you and your symptoms

  • A copy of your plan and any supporting documents will be sent to you by email within 5 days of your consultation.

  • Changing habits takes time and you may need support to sustain them, therefore, included in this package is a follow-up session in 4-6 weeks. During this time, I offer a 15-minute call to help you stay on track and address any questions you may have.


Everything we discuss is in the strictest confidence.


All appointments are run virtually, giving you the freedom to organise our sessions around your life.

Discuss and review your medical and food history


Analyse your diet, and discuss your food habits and challenges


Identify and discuss your perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms and how nutrition and lifestyle changes can make positive changes


Make personalised and achievable goals based on your needs


Create personalised nutrition advice and lifestyle plan to assist you in achieving your goals and aspirations (this will be emailed to you post-consultation)


Provide a 15-minute check-in call to ensure the plan is working for you



1:1  30-45 mins

Recommended 4-6 weeks post the initial consultation


Review and discuss how the plan has been working for you


Review your symptoms and discuss how you are feeling


Review your goals and make any changes you would like


Amend your plan to what we discussed in this session and ensure it can support your ongoing progress

You can have as many of these appointments as you need
